Common playbooks

Marketplace shows older version than expected
Use Diagnostics to see whether MAPI is behind (ingest bug), AppDirect is behind (need to run Execute Sync), or the storefront cached.

Connector page returns 401 / not found
The AppDirect product likely isn't assigned to the marketplace distribution channel. Diagnostics will confirm and point to the fix in the AppDirect vendor UI.

CLI hung mid-run
Check Lock — a leftover lock file will block the next run.
